SmartCredit offer a number of hosting solutions depending on our clients’ requirements. Our shared hosting package for start-ups and smaller business allows up to 5GB of traffic per month.

For larger established businesses requiring unlimited capacity, we can provide dedicated servers. It is simple to move from a shared server to a dedicated server as your business grows and you start to exceed the 5GB limit.

SmartCredit servers are backed up daily to mirrored servers, situated in a separate location, so that in the event of disaster all information can be recovered quickly.

Alternatively if you have your own server, we can develop a solution specifically to work in your environment.

Security

Due to the nature of the business SmartCredit take security very seriously. Any sensitive data is transferred securely in real time via XML using http post or SOAP. If you already have your own XML template we can use this, alternatively you can use our standard version or we can develop one specifically for you.

For clients who require a simpler solution, we send information using PGP encrypted email.

Access to the database and reporting suite is restricted by three levels of security as well as by IP address.

On-site web security uses an industry standard SSL certificate on all application forms.

Database Technology

SmartCredit  standard hosted solutions use a MySQL database on a server running PhP.

Should you use your own server, which does not support these applications, we can develop a solution specifically for you.
